Job Overview
- Position: Junior Regulatory Affairs Associate

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain and update regulatory documentation in the RegOne Veeva System.
- Build libraries for customer statements and questionnaires.
Stakeholder Support
- Address customer or stakeholder inquiries regarding regulatory matters.
- Manage regulatory monitoring for the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA) region.
Licensing and Renewals
- Assist in the renewal of association memberships.
- Oversee FSSAI licensing activities and ensure compliance.
Regulatory Monitoring
- Track and analyze changes in regulations across MEIA markets.
Global Collaboration
- Contribute to global Regulatory Affairs initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance regulatory IT tools.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields (B. Pharm, M. Pharm, M.Sc., or B.Sc.).
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office and other tech tools.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
