Role Overview
The Management Trainee program in Regulatory Affairs focuses on regulatory submissions for small molecules, biologics, and combination products to ensure market compliance globally. Genpact Fresher Management Trainee Regulatory
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regulatory oversight for assigned products.
- Represent Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) in cross-functional teams.
- Develop regulatory strategies for global market sustainability.
- Manage lifecycle submissions, including variations, renewals, and periodic safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and evolving trends.
- Support audit and inspection activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related fields (advanced degrees preferred).
- Experience: Open to freshers; experience in regulatory affairs is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail abilities.
