Responsibilities

As an Editorial Assistant, you will:

• Communicate with Authors, Editors, and Reviewers: Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth manuscript submission and progress.
• Screen Manuscripts: Check for plagiarism and completeness to meet editorial standards.
• Oversee the Editorial Process: Manage manuscripts from submission to acceptance, adhering to deadlines and protocols.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Postgraduate degree in Science or Life Sciences preferred.
  • Open to B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc, and Life Sciences graduates.
• Skills:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities to interact with stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure editorial accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with plagiarism detection tools and manuscript management systems is a plus.
