- Position: Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II)
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in clinical monitoring
- Salary: ₹5 – ₹7 LPA
- Qualification:
- Required: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc in Life Sciences
- Preferred: Related fields with relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will:
- Conduct all aspects of clinical monitoring, including site selection, initiation, routine visits, and close-out activities.
- Ensure high-quality data collection with low query levels.
- Manage site activities to comply with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations.
- Collaborate with study teams, provide updates to stakeholders, and maintain oversight of clinical trials.
- Travel to client sites and work closely with sponsors and ICON teams as required.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Education: A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of monitoring experience in global trials with a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in international guidelines like ICH-GCP and understanding of local regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work from the sponsor office when required.
