Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate, you will:
- Perform organic synthesis and multi-step synthesis experiments.
- Handle reactions ranging from milligram to gram scale.
- Use advanced spectroscopy techniques, including NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC.
- Execute isolation, separation, and purification of organic compounds.
- Characterize and identify organic molecules with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with a team and maintain high work ethics.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- M.Sc. / M.Pharm in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Medicinal Chemistry.
Experience
- 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in organic synthesis and research.
Competencies
- Proficiency in organic synthesis and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of isolation, purification, and advanced spectroscopy methods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive work attitude.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
