About the Role

As a DP Compliance Specialist, you will ensure compliance with aseptic practices during critical manufacturing processes, contributing to the high-quality standards Biocon Biologics is known for. Biocon Biologics Hiring for DP Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor physical and CCTV activities during batch manufacturing processes, including:
  • Filling machine assembly
  • Product handling
  • Lyophilizer loading
  • Environmental monitoring
• Oversee aseptic area cleaning performed by operators.
• Verify compliance with aseptic activity logbooks and entry/exit protocols.
• Participate in regulatory audits and ensure the implementation of audit compliance measures.
• Identify gaps in regulatory practices and support corrective actions.
• Conduct regular training on aseptic practices, behavior, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Investigate deviations in aseptic handling and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for aseptic areas.
• Keep operators updated on the latest regulatory changes.

Desired Profile

• Education: MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
• Experience: 3–4 years in the pharmaceutical or biologics industry.
• Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in microbiology investigations.
  • Expertise in aseptic area operations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with regulatory audits.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
