Job Role: Safety Associate Trainee

Key Responsibilities
- Training and Compliance: Complete assigned training modules on time to meet project requirements.
- Data Processing: Review, assess, and process safety data following regulations, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Adverse Events Management: Collect, track, and evaluate adverse events (AEs) and enter data into databases.
- Literature Review and Coding: Code adverse events/products, write detailed narratives, and support literature-related tasks.
- Problem Identification: Identify quality issues and escalate them to mentors or senior team members.
- Team Participation: Attend project meetings and provide feedback to the operations manager.
- Work Standards: Ensure 100% compliance with company practices, productivity benchmarks, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify, you need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in scientific, healthcare, or allied life sciences disciplines.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic pharmacovigilance concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to new learning opportunities.
