Job Details
- Position: Safety Associate Trainee
- Location: Pune, India
- Experience: 0–1 Year
- Salary Range: ₹4–5 LPA
- Education Required:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
- BSc, MSc, or Life Sciences degrees
Key Responsibilities
Case Processing
- Manage safety cases in the Japanese language.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into safety databases.
Compliance
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and client-specific requirements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety protocols.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of processed cases.
Reporting
- Generate and review safety reports to ensure all necessary details are included.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
Experience
- Prior experience in pharmacovigilance or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Language Proficiency: Advanced fluency in the Japanese language.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage and review case data.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Time Management: Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with safety databases and pharmacovigilance processes is advantageous.
