Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Culture Media, Diluents, and Reagents:
- Prepare essential materials required for microbiological testing.
- Sterilization Procedures:
- Operate Autoclaving and other sterilization techniques effectively.
- Operation of Laboratory Equipment:
- Use laboratory tools such as:
- Autoclave
- Incubator
- LAF/BioSafety Cabinet
- Use laboratory tools such as:
- Microbiological Culturing and Testing:
- Perform diagnostic tasks including antibiotic sensitivity testing.
- Lab Information System Usage:
- Document, register, and report results accurately using the Lab Information System.
