Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Culture Media, Diluents, and Reagents:
   • Prepare essential materials required for microbiological testing.
2. Sterilization Procedures:
   • Operate Autoclaving and other sterilization techniques effectively.
3. Operation of Laboratory Equipment:
   • Use laboratory tools such as:
     • Autoclave
     • Incubator
     • LAF/BioSafety Cabinet
4. Microbiological Culturing and Testing:
   • Perform diagnostic tasks including antibiotic sensitivity testing.
5. Lab Information System Usage:
   • Document, register, and report results accurately using the Lab Information System.
