Job Responsibilities
- Perform advanced pipetting techniques with accuracy.
- Conduct mammalian cell culturing in Bio Safety Cabinets.
- Execute molecular biology techniques (PCR, ELISA, Western Blotting, SDS Page).
- Use centrifuge and cell counters for analytical testing.
- Maintain GMP cleanroom areas and adhere to gowning procedures.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in cell and gene therapy.
