Job Responsibilities

Case Management

• Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) for adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for human and veterinary products.

Aggregate Reporting

• Prepare periodic reports like PBRERs, PSURs, and PADERs.
• Conduct quality checks on aggregate reports.

Signal Detection

• Analyze cumulative data for signal detection.
• Create comprehensive signal-related reports.

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay updated on global regulatory reporting obligations.
• Adhere to internal and external reporting timelines.

Collaboration and Communication

• Communicate with stakeholders to address safety report issues.
• Stay informed about adverse event profiles and product safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.) or a Bachelor/Postgraduate degree in Veterinary Sciences.
• BDS/MDS qualifications are an added advantage.
• Previous pharmacovigilance or drug safety experience is desirable.

Skills Required

• Teamwork and flexibility in handling work priorities.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in web-based applications, Windows OS, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
