Job Responsibilities
Case Management
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) for adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for human and veterinary products.
Aggregate Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports like PBRERs, PSURs, and PADERs.
- Conduct quality checks on aggregate reports.
Signal Detection
- Analyze cumulative data for signal detection.
- Create comprehensive signal-related reports.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on global regulatory reporting obligations.
- Adhere to internal and external reporting timelines.
Collaboration and Communication
- Communicate with stakeholders to address safety report issues.
- Stay informed about adverse event profiles and product safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.) or a Bachelor/Postgraduate degree in Veterinary Sciences.
- BDS/MDS qualifications are an added advantage.
- Previous pharmacovigilance or drug safety experience is desirable.
Skills Required
- Teamwork and flexibility in handling work priorities.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in web-based applications, Windows OS, and MS Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
