Job Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Professional, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and develop strategic literature search protocols.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes.
- Support pharmacovigilance teams in case processing, quality assurance, training, audits, and inspections.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for case-related activities and maintain updated knowledge repositories.
- Analyze quality data for trend stabilization and compliance assurance.
- Train and mentor new hires while ensuring their growth in case processing activities.
- Perform audit investigations and process improvements.
- Manage KPIs and regulatory compliance requirements effectively.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in literature databases such as Embase, Medline, PubMed, and Ovid.
- Solid understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations and compliance standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to team priorities.
- Expertise in handling audits, inspections, and quality assurance measures.

Experience
