Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry with 3-5 years of experience.
• Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry (Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in Immunoassay development).

Experience and Skills

• Fluorescence Technology: Hands-on experience is essential.
• Immunoassay Development: Expertise in developing fluorescence-based immunoassays.
• Reagent Development: Proficiency in synthesizing and bio-conjugating nanomaterials for assay development.

Key Responsibilities

Development of Immunoassays

• Innovate and create fluorescence-based immunoassays.

Reagent Development

• Synthesize and bio-conjugate nanomaterials for assays.

Experiment Execution

• Conduct experiments for developing and validating fluorescence-based kits.

Testing and Clinical Validation

• Perform clinical validation of developed immunoassays.

Reporting

• Prepare daily experimental reports and update the team lead.
