Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate I, your duties will include:
- Managing and ensuring the smooth execution of bioavailability (BA) and bioequivalence (BE) studies.
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Conducting the Informed Consent Form (ICF) process and engaging with participants during studies.
- Overseeing Investigational Product (IP) administration.
- Monitoring participants for adherence to study protocols and ethical guidelines.
- Collecting, compiling, and reviewing high-quality research data.
- Maintaining and updating study documentation, including Case Report Forms (CRFs), consent forms, and investigational material accountability.
- Coordinating with pathology labs for screenings, follow-ups, and post-study sample analysis.
- Managing subject enrollment for BA/BE studies and ensuring adequate study supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
To apply for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Requirement: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. in Clinical Research.
- Experience: 2–8 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator, preferably in a reputed BA/BE center.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in managing BA/BE studies and study timelines.
- Exceptional documentation and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective subject and staff engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining study records.
- Team-oriented with the capacity for independent work.
