Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Officer / Executive – Peptide Manufacturing to join our team at the Ahmednagar facility. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day peptide production activities, maintain quality and compliance standards, and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

| Material Management | Manage issuance and receipt of raw materials required for peptide manufacturing. |
| Batch Processing | Execute all operations related to batch charging and processing as per BMR and SOP. |
| Production Operations | Handle peptide manufacturing processes as per regulatory norms. |
| Equipment Handling | Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain process equipment with proper documentation. |
| Process Monitoring | Track process and cleaning turnaround times during synthesis and purification. |
| Efficiency Monitoring | Monitor process parameters and yields for continual improvement. |
| Cost Optimization | Focus on minimizing solvent usage, batch rejections, and waste generation. |
Desired Candidate Profile
| Criteria | Requirements |

| Education | B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or relevant field |
| Experience | 1–6 years in peptide manufacturing or API production in pharmaceutical industry |
| Technical Knowledge | Strong understanding of GMP, BMR documentation, and manufacturing SOPs |
| Analytical Skills | Ability to monitor and analyze process data to troubleshoot and optimize processes |
| Teamwork | Strong collaboration and communication skills |
