Key Responsibilities
Quality Control Analyst
- Perform comprehensive analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory instrumentation.
- Conduct quality checks following company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Microbiology Analyst
- Perform microbiological tests, including sterility, Microbial Limit Test (MLT), Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), and water analysis.
- Participate in media preparation and media fill activities.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and assist in regulatory audits.
Quality Assurance Officer/Senior Officer
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) activities and manage media fill and sterilization techniques.
- Handle testing procedures to ensure product safety and compliance.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Quality Control Analyst: B.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology.
- Microbiology Analyst: M.Sc. in Microbiology.
- Quality Assurance Officer/Senior Officer: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge in analytical testing, stability studies, and microbiological testing.
- Hands-on experience in sterility testing, water analysis, and Environmental Monitoring (EM) is highly desirable.
Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in analytical and microbiological techniques such as BET, MLT, and water testing.
- Understanding of instrumentation used in testing raw materials and stability samples.
- Familiarity with media preparation, sterility testing, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
