Key Responsibilities
✅ Peer Review Management: Oversee the peer review process with efficiency and accuracy.
✅ Reviewer Selection: Identify suitable reviewers using platforms like PubMed Central.
✅ Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to ethical publication guidelines.
✅ Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with reviewers, authors, and editorial teams.
✅ Process Improvement: Analyze data to recognize and implement workflow enhancements.
✅ Content Management: Update and maintain content management systems.
✅ Customer Support: Provide outstanding service to authors and reviewers.
✅ Departmental Projects: Assist in internal projects as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
✔ Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Bioinformatics.
✔ Knowledge of Peer Review Process: Understanding of academic publishing workflows.
✔ Skills:
🔹 Strong English proficiency – Excellent spelling & grammar.
🔹 Attention to detail – High accuracy & problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines.
🔹 Communication skills – Strong written & verbal interaction.
🔹 Microsoft Office Proficiency – Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
