Job Description
Are you passionate about starting or growing your career in pharmaceutical research and development? Stanex Drugs and Chemicals Pvt Ltd invites candidates for Analytical Research and Development (AR&D) positions.
As part of the AR&D team, you’ll contribute to the development of innovative pharmaceutical solutions while working with cutting-edge technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain laboratory records following GMP guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze technical documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist production teams with analytical troubleshooting and solutions.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure the quality of analytical operations.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm, M. Pharm) or MSc in Chemistry.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV Spectroscopy.
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines (ICH, WHO, etc.) and quality assurance standards.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Experience
- Open to both freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience.
