Available Positions & Requirements
We are currently hiring for the following roles at our Nacharam, Hyderabad facility:
1. Production Department (Packing & Compression)
Packing Operators
- Experience Required: 2 to 6 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various packing machines, including Blister Packing Machines (BQS, Hi-Cart).
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform quality checks on packaging materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and ensure smooth operation of high-speed packaging lines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Compression Operators
- Experience Required: 2+ years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tablet compression machines such as Sejong and AWC.
- Monitor tablet compression parameters, including weight variation, hardness, and disintegration time.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machine efficiency.
- Adhere to GMP guidelines and ensure safety compliance in operations.
2. Quality Control (QC) Department
Quality Control Analysts (HPLC, GC, UV, IR Analysis)
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV), and Infrared Spectroscopy (IR).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as WHO GMP, US FDA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct data analysis and documentation for quality control reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits and ensure adherence to compliance norms.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure their calibration and validation as per guidelines.
