As a Clinical Project Assistant (CPA) at Sanofi, you will play a key role in supporting clinical research and trial management. This role involves eTMF management, administrative support, compliance tracking, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials. Key Responsibilities
1. eTMF (Electronic Trial Master File) Management
- Set up and manage the eTMF following Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and company SOPs.
- Ensure document classification, quality control (QC), and timely uploads to maintain compliance and audit-readiness.
- Oversee TMF archiving and maintain inspection-ready documentation.
2. Administrative Support
- Assist in clinical project scheduling, milestone tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, and project-related documents.
- Manage training records, team documentation, and regulatory submissions.
3. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Clinical Project Leaders (CPLs), Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and site staff to support study operations.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and manage system access for project tools.
- Serve as a central point of contact for study documentation and tracking.
4. Compliance & Training
- Monitor e-Training compliance for project teams and ensure timely completion of required certifications.
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory policies, and company quality standards.
- Support audit and inspection readiness initiatives within the clinical research department.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years in clinical research & development.
- Strong knowledge of eTMF document management and clinical trial methodologies.
- Familiarity with GCP, regulatory requirements, and trial documentation processes.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, or a Life Sciences degree.
- Strong academic background with exposure to clinical research and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clinical trial management software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent task prioritization skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
