Position Overview

• Title of Project: Bioinformatics Centre for Computational Drug Discovery – BIC
• Post: Project Associate-I
• No. of Positions: 1
• Monthly Emoluments: ₹31,000/- + 24% HRA
• Duration: Initially for 6 months (extension based on performance)
• Age Limit: Below 40 years

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
  • Postgraduate Degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics with NET qualification
    OR
  • Graduate Degree in Professional Courses with NET qualification, with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Skills and Experience:
  • Practical knowledge of computational drug discovery, website development, and hardware management.
  • Publications in international peer-reviewed journals.

Desirable Qualifications

• Research experience in enzymes involved in nucleic acid processing.
