Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed one of the following degrees with a minimum of 60% marks (or a CGPA of 6.5+) throughout their academics:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Nursing or Life Sciences
- BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
Year of Passing: 2022, 2023, or 2024
Job Description
As a Non-Certified Fresher in the Medical Coding team at R1 RCM, you will be trained to:
- Review and analyze clinical documentation
- Assign accurate medical codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS) for diagnoses and procedures
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams for documentation clarity
- Ensure data accuracy and quality in coding records
This role is best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of human anatomy, pharmacology, and disease processes
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Work from Office only)
