Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Philips’ clinical products through expert-level training, customer engagement, and technical application support. Philips Hiring Clinical Application Specialist in Pune
- Conduct pre-sales and post-sales clinical application training for customers
- Support customers during the system handover and initial usage
- Ensure smooth onboarding and user confidence in system operation
- Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, radiologists, and medical teams
- Develop and manage demo/reference sites for Philips equipment
- Provide clinical support at conferences, workshops, and CME programs
- Collect market insights about Philips and competitor offerings
- Train internal teams (sales and service) on clinical application knowledge
- Create educational material like case studies, newsletters, and testimonials
- Engage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare industry
- Deliver post-installation user training sessions
Qualification and Experience
- Education: B.Sc or M.Sc in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or other relevant disciplines
- Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare/clinical support, especially with:
- Patient Monitoring Systems
- Ultrasound, CT, MRI, or other critical care technologies
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical workflows
- Human anatomy and physiology
