Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, your responsibilities include:
- Managing affiliate mailboxes and reconciling reports per established processes.
- Performing written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases.
- Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), including case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to deliver high-quality work.
- Solving routine problems using general guidelines and standard procedures.
Note: This role may require working in rotational shifts to ensure continuous operations.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor in Physiotherapy, or BSc. Nursing.
- Experience: 0–3 years in pharmacovigilance or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced-level English.
