Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Vigilance Systems – Manage SOPs, audits, inspections, and records.
- Safety Information Management – Ensure accurate receipt, follow-up, documentation, and submission of safety reports.
- Literature & Media Monitoring – Identify safety reports in published research and digital platforms.
- Aggregate Safety Reports – Assist in compiling safety data for regulatory submissions.
- Signal Management – Detect and report safety trends impacting the benefit-risk profile of products.
- Post-Marketing Studies – Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in post-market surveillance.
- Safety Data Exchange Agreements – Manage agreements with local vigilance partners.
- Training & Compliance – Train employees on pharmacovigilance procedures and maintain training records.
- Regulatory Collaboration – Communicate effectively with local authorities, business units, and external partners.

Qualifications & Eligibility
Required Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of local and global vigilance regulations & submission requirements.
- Familiarity with medical device and cosmetic vigilance (preferred but not mandatory).
