Job Responsibilities
As a Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and engagement in the healthcare sector. Your key responsibilities include:
- Doctor Engagement: Build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Secondary Sales: Work towards achieving prescription generation and sales targets.
- KOL Management: Develop connections with top Physicians, Endocrinologists, and Cardiologists.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions for effective communication.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain daily sales reports and manage customer queries efficiently.
- Strategy Implementation: Ensure full compliance with the company’s sales strategies and marketing guidelines.
- Pharmacovigilance: Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to contribute to patient safety.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduates are preferred.
- Experience Required:
- Freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to understand medical terminologies and product details.
- Interpersonal and persuasive skills for effective engagement with healthcare professionals.
