Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
- Adhere to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Complete all required training within specified timelines.
- Manage daily tasks effectively to ensure quality and productivity.
- Handle project and technical documentation.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Track and report metrics to management.
Team Support:
- Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments.
- Assist in the implementation of revised processes and procedures.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions across departments.
- Address and escalate issues promptly to ensure resolutions.
Mentorship and Training:
- Guide and mentor team members to improve competency.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, including creating agendas and materials.
- Conduct peer quality checks and suggest process improvements.
- Review and update SOPs/WIs, ensuring compliance with global QA standards.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, or a background in Lifesciences.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
- Proven ability to mentor and train team members.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.
- Strong organizational and workload management skills.
