Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Adhere to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
  • Complete all required training within specified timelines.
  • Manage daily tasks effectively to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Handle project and technical documentation.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Track and report metrics to management.

Team Support:

  • Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments.
  • Assist in the implementation of revised processes and procedures.
  • Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions across departments.
  • Address and escalate issues promptly to ensure resolutions.

Mentorship and Training:

  • Guide and mentor team members to improve competency.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions, including creating agendas and materials.
  • Conduct peer quality checks and suggest process improvements.
  • Review and update SOPs/WIs, ensuring compliance with global QA standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, or a background in Lifesciences.
