Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of our products. Your responsibilities include: Kusum Pharma Hiring for Pharmacovigilance
1. Global Literature Surveillance
- Monitoring global safety data for company products.
2. Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) Processing
- Data entry, quality control, and regulatory reporting of ICSR.
3. Pharmacovigilance Database Management
- Keeping product registration and safety details up-to-date in the database.
4. Report Development
- Preparing Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR) and Risk Management Plans (RMP).
5. Signal Management
- Updating and maintaining systems to identify safety signals.
6. Documentation
- Creating and revising product documents like SmPC, PIL, inserts, and presentations.
7. SOP Management
- Preparing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
8. Audit and Compliance
- Assisting with audits and inspections to meet regulatory standards.
9. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Collaborating with other departments for required documents and data.
10. Managerial Support
- Supporting the manager with trackers, presentations, and other tasks.
Qualifications Required
To succeed as a Pharmacovigilance Executive, candidates must have:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related roles.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles and guidelines.
- Expertise in ICSR case processing and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent skills in documentation and report preparation.
- Familiarity with safety databases and signal management.
- Attention to detail with robust organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Readiness to participate in audits and inspections.
