Job Overview
The Lab Cent Project Coordinator role focuses on monitoring and managing laboratory projects efficiently. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills, regulatory compliance expertise, and experience in centralized monitoring processes. Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and Management
- Execute centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects.
- Ensure timely completion of regulatory documentation, such as Kit Contents Chart (KCC), packing lists, and import permits.
Database and Portal Updates
- Maintain active databases with details of participating sites.
- Manage and provide access to the Infosario Portal.
Reporting and Documentation
- Monitor and ensure the timely release of patient laboratory reports.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for real-time audit readiness.
Training and Process Improvement
- Complete role-specific training and assessments on time.
- Participate in departmental or process improvement initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience; prior exposure to monitoring tasks is a plus.
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
