Job Role: Associate Operations Specialist
This exciting full-time role involves supporting pharmacovigilance activities and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Adherence to SOPs/WIs: Read, acknowledge, and follow IQVIA and customer procedural documents.
- Training & Certification: Complete mandatory training and document certifications to work independently.
- System Administration: Perform system management tasks, resolve database issues, and address errors effectively.
- Pharmacovigilance Support: Handle pharmacovigilance queries using a customer-specific ticketing tool.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality standards and timelines.
- Audit Support: Represent the team during internal and customer audits.
- UAT Testing: Assist in user acceptance testing for system enhancements and updates.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a healthcare-related discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in pharmacovigilance or operations support is desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with global safety databases and system administration.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in pharmacovigilance or safety systems.
