As a Clinical Process Associate, you will play an important role in supporting clinical operations by managing essential documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in operational workflows across global studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in clinical trial activities related to startup, maintenance, and close-out phases
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Create, review, and manage clinical documents and maintain various tracking tools and databases
- Participate in internal study meetings and coordinate action items
- Assist in investigator site visit tracking using Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- Handle investigator payments, invoice processing, and vendor setup quality checks
- Manage translation requests and access provisioning related to clinical systems
- Provide support in understanding contract terms and assist in quality control of documentation
- Offer general administrative support including document indexing and data requests
- Mentor new team members and serve as a subject matter expert when required
