Job Responsibilities
- Review and assign accurate medical codes as per guidelines
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards
- Work across HCC risk adjustment, EM evaluation & management, Surgery, or IVR coding
- Maintain high standards in coding accuracy and productivity
- Collaborate with teams to ensure coding quality and documentation compliance
Candidate Profile
Eligibility Criteria Immediate Hiring Certified Medical Coders
- 1+ years of experience in relevant medical coding specialization
- Certification in CRC, CPC, COC, CCS, or CIC (as applicable)
- Sound understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Immediate joiners are preferred
