Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Reporting Associate, your primary duties will include:
🔹 Safety Reporting
- Submission of Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports, periodic reports, and line listings to regulatory authorities and ethics committees.
- Maintaining expertise in ICON’s safety reporting systems, processes, and SOPs.
🔹 Project Oversight
- Leading and overseeing safety reporting activities on assigned projects.
- Ensuring timely updates to project intelligence databases.
🔹 Quality and Compliance
- Performing quality control checks on submitted documents for audit readiness.
- Representing the department during audits and regulatory inspections.
🔹 Collaboration and Mentorship
- Working closely with project teams, clients, investigators, and vendors.
- Mentoring and coaching junior associates in safety reporting.
🔹 Process Improvement
- Participating in client meetings, budget reviews, and regulatory intelligence discussions.
- Staying updated on global pharmacovigilance regulations and therapeutic advancements.
Who Can Apply?
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
✅ 0-1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical safety, or related fields.
✅ Strong knowledge of safety reporting systems and global regulatory requirements.
✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple databases and complex projects efficiently.
✅ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~10% travel).
