Departments Hiring
1. Production
Responsible for the smooth and compliant manufacturing of APIs and intermediates. Candidates must have knowledge of GMP practices and production documentation. Hy-Gro Chemicals Pharmtek Pvt Hiring for QC / EHS / Maintenance
2. Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
Focus on analytical method development and validation for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
3. Research & Development (R&D)
Engaged in process development, optimization, and scale-up activities. Prior experience in handling lab and pilot-scale experiments is preferred.
4. Quality Control (QC)
Conduct routine analysis and stability studies using HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments. Must be familiar with regulatory documentation.
5. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and promote a safe workplace environment. Experience in audits, inspections, and environmental monitoring is beneficial.
6. Maintenance

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, or Diploma in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering (as relevant to the position)
- Skills: Good technical knowledge, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a regulated environment
- Preferred Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, ability to work in teams, and willingness to take on challenging assignments
