Key Responsibilities
As a Site Int&Kit Inv Coord Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Kit Inventory Center (KIC). Your responsibilities include:
- Kit Material Supply (KMS) Management: Define and maintain the KMS system per the project and site requirements.
- Work Order Management: Enter work orders into the database while adhering to project specifications.
- Inventory Adjustments: Update inventory levels in response to site reports or project changes.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot kit supply issues and collaborate with Project Managers to implement solutions.
- Site Support: Assist investigator sites with kit resupplies and material requests.
- Database Maintenance: Work with the Investigator Support Team to manage incoming orders.
- Customization: Tailor the KMS system to fit specific investigator site needs.
- Documentation: Log service failures, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications
