Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee in Pharmaceutical Sales, your role will include:
1. Sales Achievement
- Attain sales targets for assigned territories by marketing Cipla’s brands and securing prescriptions from healthcare professionals.
2. Business Monitoring
- Plan and analyze sales strategies to meet objectives effectively.
3. Daily Operations
- Execute high-standard day-to-day field activities to enhance sales efficiency.
4. Customer Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists to strengthen Cipla’s market presence.
5. Field Effectiveness
- Optimize clinic performance through enhanced engagement and strategic interventions.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Management, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or Zoology.
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of field sales experience (any industry).
Batch Eligibility
- Graduates of 2025 are eligible, provided they can join by 31st March 2025.
Additional Requirements
- A valid vehicle license is advantageous.
Required Skills and Certifications
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written skills, especially in English.
- Basic Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes and field operations.
