Responsibilities
Master Advarra’s Product Suite
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Advarra’s applications, integrations, and benefits for customers.
Support Customers Effectively
- Respond to inquiries via email, chat, or ticket systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for quick resolutions.
Understand Clinical Research Workflows
- Gain insights into customer workflows to provide tailored support.
Build Relationships
- Foster trust with customers through empathetic communication and advocacy.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Act as a bridge between customers and product teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Stay Updated
- Keep up-to-date with application updates and demonstrate new functionalities to customers.
Advocate for Enhancements
- Track customer suggestions for software improvements and communicate them to product teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 Years in customer support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the software industry or clinical research
- Familiarity with supporting Australian customers (a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Regularly handle objects up to 10 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and focus
- Effective verbal communication skills
