Key Responsibilities
As a Sr Clinical Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating clinical data review, query generation, resolution, and reconciliation activities.
- Supporting the Data Management Lead to deliver clinical data meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Developing and managing project-specific Data Management Plans, including data review guidelines and system setups.
- Performing data management tasks like data review, query management, and database reconciliation.
- Running programs like special and discrepancy listings to support clinical data reviews.
- Contributing to database testing, such as edit checks and screen functionality.
- Preparing study-specific documentation, including eCRF guidelines.
- Generating study status reports and supporting database lock activities.
- Training new staff on project-specific data management processes.
- Participating in team meetings and supporting project setup, maintenance, and closure.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, or related fields.
- Certification in allied health professions is a plus.
Experience
- 2–4 years of clinical research experience, focusing on data management.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical data management practices.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and drug development processes.
- Familiarity with clinical data management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of Fortrea’s SOPs and organizational structure is an advantage.
