About the Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Associate, you’ll ensure product compliance and support regulatory activities across various product categories. You’ll collaborate with regional teams to facilitate submissions, documentation, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Submissions & Compliance
- Coordinate new product registrations, renewals, and variations.
- Track regulatory strategies and ensure timely submissions.
- Prepare high-quality documentation for successful submissions.
- Maintain accurate archives and databases for registrations.
Documentation & Dossier Management
- Acquire and organize documentation for product dossiers.
- Create and revise Regulatory SOPs and manage archives.
Artwork Review & Regulatory Intelligence
- Prepare ingredient lists and review labeling.
- Stay updated on regulations, guidelines, and competitor activities.
- Provide regulatory assessments to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in regulatory affairs, quality, or product development.
- Knowledge of European and North American regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in eCTD software, SAP, Google Suite, MS Office, and regulatory databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in additional languages, including Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
