Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Officer or Executive in the QC (QMS) department, the selected candidate will be expected to: Brooks Steriscience Hiring for Quality Control in Vadodara
- Prepare and review documentation such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Specifications, STPs (Standard Testing Procedures), ARDs, Protocols, Reports, Stability Summary Reports, and Analytical Method Validation documents.
- Handle QMS activities including but not limited to OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), OOC (Out of Calibration), Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Monitor and maintain calibration and preventive maintenance of QC laboratory equipment as per regulatory and internal standards.
- Implement updates from pharmacopoeial guidelines such as USP, EP, and IP, ensuring lab compliance at all times.
- Conduct gap assessments between approved documentation and real-time lab practices.
- Participate in regular internal quality audits and reviews to ensure GMP adherence and regulatory readiness.

- A post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc – Chemistry is mandatory).
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical Quality Control department with a specialization in QMS.
