Key Responsibilities
Sample Analysis
- Conduct analysis of In-Process samples, Finished Products, and Stability Samples.
- Receive and analyze samples from production during shifts.
Monitoring and Documentation
- Monitor and record temperature and humidity in stability chambers, areas, and the QC department.
- Manage stability samples as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Instrument Handling
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments.
- Prepare laboratory reagents, volumetric solutions, and perform their standardization.
Data Review
- Review data related to Stability, Raw Materials, and Finished Products for accuracy and compliance.
Housekeeping and Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laboratory.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by the QC Head.
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc, or BSc
Experience
- 1–5 years in a quality control role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting tests and analyzing samples.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precise documentation and compliance with SOPs.
- Instrument Expertise: Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
