Job Responsibilities
As a Product Support Specialist I, your key duties will include:
- Mastering Advarra’s product suite and understanding customer needs
- Learning clinical research workflows and customer standard operating procedures
- Providing technical support via email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Collaborating across teams to resolve complex issues
- Building strong customer relationships with a focus on urgency and quality
- Acting as an internal escalation point for critical customer concerns
- Offering product feedback and collaborating with the Product team for improvements
- Assisting in product demonstrations for existing customers
Eligibility Criteria
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical research or software support
- Familiarity with Australian customers (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
- Lift objects up to 10 lbs
- Attention to detail and effective verbal communication
