Responsibilities
Protocol Management
- Review clinical trial protocols and assist in protocol setup.
- Develop key documents: Protocol Test Summary (PTS), Global Laboratory Specification Document (GLSD), and Investigator Laboratory Manual.
Project Coordination
- Support daily project activities post-study initiation.
- Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and alliance laboratories.
- Participate in study conference calls, take minutes, and summarize action items.
Metrics and Reporting
- Monitor study metrics and trends via customized reports.
- Manage query resolution and follow up on action items with clients and sites.
Document and Binder Management
- Assist in study binder preparation and conduct quality control reviews.
- Archive project documents in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
Data and Site Management
- Ensure data quality during the data lock process.
- Manage site lists, including updates and contact modifications.
System and Logistics Support
- Set up projects in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Liaise with logistics for kit assembly and supply coordination.
- Collaborate with laboratories for specimen processing and report turnaround.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Participate in quality audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulatory bodies, GCP, GDP, and ICH guidelines.
Customer and Team Engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive study experience for all stakeholders.
- Promptly resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
