Role Overview
As a Clinical Research Scientist II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the proper conduct of clinical studies. Your expertise will contribute to the development and execution of high-quality clinical trials while adhering to global standards and ethical guidelines. Key Responsibilities
Before Study Start
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and sponsor protocols.
- Review and provide timely inputs on protocols, Case Report Forms (CRF), Informed Consent Documents (ICD), and other study documents.
- Obtain Ethics Committee (EC) approvals and address any queries or issues raised.
- Train study personnel on protocols and trial-related duties.
- Ensure all trial-related documents are generated and comply with protocols.
During the Study
- Take responsibility for all clinical and medical aspects of the study.
- Supervise or personally conduct trial activities as needed.
- Ensure adherence to ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
General Responsibilities
- Stay informed about investigational drugs through Investigator Brochures (IB) or relevant materials.
- Collaborate with study teams to ensure the trial is conducted efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MBBS
- Experience: 0 – 2 years as a Clinical Investigator in Bioavailability and Bioequivalence (BABE) studies.
- Preference for female candidates.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to train and supervise study personnel effectively.
