Role Overview

As a Clinical Research Scientist II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the proper conduct of clinical studies. Your expertise will contribute to the development and execution of high-quality clinical trials while adhering to global standards and ethical guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Before Study Start

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and sponsor protocols.
  • Review and provide timely inputs on protocols, Case Report Forms (CRF), Informed Consent Documents (ICD), and other study documents.
  • Obtain Ethics Committee (EC) approvals and address any queries or issues raised.
  • Train study personnel on protocols and trial-related duties.
  • Ensure all trial-related documents are generated and comply with protocols.

During the Study

  • Take responsibility for all clinical and medical aspects of the study.
  • Supervise or personally conduct trial activities as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.

General Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about investigational drugs through Investigator Brochures (IB) or relevant materials.
  • Collaborate with study teams to ensure the trial is conducted efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: MBBS
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years as a Clinical Investigator in Bioavailability and Bioequivalence (BABE) studies.
  • Preference for female candidates.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to train and supervise study personnel effectively.
