Job Details
- Position: Junior Data Analyst
- Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, India
- Experience: 0–1 Year
- Salary Range: ₹3.5–4.5 LPA
- Education Required:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
- BSc, MSc, or Life Sciences degrees
Key Responsibilities
Data Discrepancy Management
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Review and Reconciliation
- Review data in compliance with guidelines including SAE reconciliation and statistical checks.
Study Protocol Knowledge
- Understand the study protocol to ensure consistency and completeness in the clinical database and study design.
Communication of Risks and Issues
- Report any data risks or issues to the Project Data Manager (PDM) and provide regular updates.
Updating Logs and Reports
- Maintain issue logs and update the CPT on defined frequencies.
Document Management
- Upload processed documents to the applicable SharePoint repository.
Collaboration and Milestone Management
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestone dates.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
- Prior experience in data analysis or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
Study Protocol Knowledge
- Familiarity with clinical study protocols is beneficial.
Required Skills
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with teams and report issues.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
