- Location: Tamil Nadu, India
- Employment Type: Hybrid (Workdays: Monday to Friday)
- Experience Required: 0–1 Year
- Salary Range: ₹4.5–5 LPA
- Educational Preference:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
- MSc, BSc, or other Life Sciences degrees
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather and update clinical trial site and investigator data from reliable sources like websites, conferences, and press releases.
- Analyze and cross-reference collected data for accuracy and relevance.
Performance Management
- Meet production and quality targets while recording performance metrics.
- Adapt to process changes and demonstrate flexibility.
Research & Development
- Stay updated on the latest developments in clinical trials and life sciences.
- Identify personal training needs and enhance subject matter expertise.
Team Support
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Education
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (preferably Pharmacy).
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trials and healthcare processes.
- Strong decision-making and priority-setting abilities.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in secondary research related to clinical information.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results effectively.
