📋 Key Responsibilities
- Sample Collection & Processing: Handle extraction techniques like LLE, SPE, and PPT to analyze analyte concentrations.
- Batch Sequence Preparation: Collaborate with LIMS Operators for batch preparation and verification.
- Analytical Procedures: Perform analysis using LCMS while following GxP guidelines and utilizing mass spectrometry techniques (ESI & APCI).
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain strict documentation for all experiments following regulatory standards.
- Quality Control: Address QC and QA findings and conduct thorough investigations on abnormalities.
- Equipment Calibration: Regularly calibrate and maintain lab equipment while coordinating repairs when needed.
