Key Responsibilities
✅ Documentation Management: Prepare and review SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), Master Formula, and other key documents.
✅ GMP Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and monitor critical production activities.
✅ Audit & Compliance: Maintain internal and external audit readiness and address audit observations.
✅ Quality Management Systems (QMS): Handle Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and Incident Management.
✅ Batch Release: Review documentation related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
✅ Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints, recalls, and product returns.
✅ Training & Vendor Management: Oversee training programs and coordinate with vendors.
✅ Validation & Qualification: Ensure regulatory compliance through validation and qualification activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or M.Sc. in a relevant field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Quality Assurance (QA) within the pharmaceutical industry.
✔ Skills:
🔹 Strong knowledge of GMP & regulatory compliance
🔹 Expertise in document preparation & review
🔹 Experience in audits, deviations, and CAPA
🔹 Analytical & problem-solving skills
🔹 Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
Collaboration & Work Relations
🔹 Internal Teams: Engineering, Quality Control, Warehouse, HR, IT, Production, Safety, Occupational Health Center (OHC).
